Cathedral Rock Trail is a must-do hike for iconic Sedona red rock views. This short but steep 1.2-mile round trip gains about 670 feet in elevation and rewards hikers with incredible panoramic views. Parking is limited, but free shuttles run from the Little Horse Trailhead. Best enjoyed early in the morning or near sunset.

The Airport Loop Trail is an easy, scenic 3.3-mile loop with sweeping red rock views. It’s relatively flat, great for a relaxed walk, especially at sunset and close to town. (~423 ft elevation gain, 1.5–2 hrs)
Boynton Canyon Trail is a peaceful, scenic hike through a wide red rock canyon. The full trail is about 6 miles round trip with roughly 930 feet of elevation gain. A popular highlight is the Subway Cave, follow the AllTrails map for the marked turnoff so you don’t miss it. Parking is available at the trailhead and nearby roads.
