We recommend arriving in Sedona anytime on Saturday if your schedule allows. If you prefer to arrive on Sunday (the wedding day) and stay that night, that’s perfectly fine, just plan accordingly with travels, as traffic on I-17 can become congested.

For a more relaxed experience, we suggest booking a hotel for Sunday night and departing Monday at your convenience. If you’re arriving on the wedding day, please note that many hotels have a 4:00 PM check-in time, which coincides with our ceremony start time. Early check-in may be available but is not guaranteed, so guests traveling from Phoenix may want to get ready before heading to Sedona!

If you’re staying at Sky Ranch, luggage storage is available at the front desk!

For guests flying in, we recommend Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), about a 2-hour drive from Sedona.

We strongly recommend renting a car, as Sedona is spread out. If you’ll be without a car, please let us know, we may be able to help coordinate a ride, though this is not guaranteed! Parking will be available on-site but limited, so we kindly encourage carpooling when possible.
